The DHSC has entered into an agreement with Microsoft in the form of a new centralised Windows 10 agreement. This offers local organisations Microsoft Windows operating system licences, including Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection. This facility is free of charge to local NHS organisations who agree to its implementation.*

Within our service, we have highly experienced resources who have implemented Microsoft product suites in both the NHS and other public organisations. This attests to our technical competency as well as sensitivity to internal public service environments. In addition to this, the range of skillsets include qualifications to the following levels:
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
